I did an interest check for tattoo Mikey and gave a couple weeks of time to reply. Therefore only if you voted to buy tattoo Mikey in the interest check, you may purchase the set option. It is fine to forego the set if you wish - any leftover sets can be bought at the end of the preorder period.
