What inspires your art?
My art is often inspired by things I have a genuine interest in! Mostly anime, kawaii fashion, asian culture and folklore, video games and cute animals. :3 I draw and design based on things that I love, so I can meet people who like the same things and create art they can enjoy too.
Favorite things to draw?
Cute girls, badass girls, cute animals :P And eyes, I love eyes soo much.
Do you take resin/drawing commissions?
Im surprised at how often Im receiving this question, Im flattered beyond words. :,) Thank you.. Unfortunately between my personal life, handmade crafts and drawing I have little time to do commissions, sorry. Especially with resin charms commissions are especially hard because I like to batch cast a lot at once so its hard for me to only do a small one-off that doesnt match. No commissions or requests.
What about trades?
Trades are only open to mutuals! Most of the time if Im interested, I will offer, but Im super happy when I get requests too. :) Please understand if I decline though!
Will you draw x character?
I really only have the attention span for drawing things I truly love ;P So if its one of my favorites, Im guaranteed to make something. Otherwise no sorry.
Why LE for some designs?
Production costs are actually pretty high for some items, therefore I can only do one run sometimes if its not a hot seller. Other times, I just want to keep things special. <3

Where is the store based?
The shop is solo run by one person from Honolulu, Hawaii!
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Please read all specifications below for more info. If there was a problem with your order, please dont hesitate to contact me.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I do accept international orders, however, international shipping is quite expensive. Unfortunately there is nothing that I can do about that, so if youre ordering from outside of the USA, the shipping prices are firm as listed.
I do however refund excess shipping for international orders, every time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In stock items are shipped within 2-5 business days, and transit times depends on where you live. International orders take between 14-21 business days to arrive once handed over to the postal service, whereas USA domestic orders usually take between 2-7 business days.
For non-stock items like preorders, please refer to the item descriptions and social media updates regarding delivery times! If for any reason I am unable to ship within the listed time frame I will contact you.
Preorders
Please make sure to read all information regarding Preorders.
Timelines will be stated clearly in each listing, and any updates/delays/etc will be provided via Twitter and Instagram announcements, as well as potentially by email in the rare case that preorders are delayed by the manufacturer.
Preorders are final sale, no returns refunds or exchanges.
Sticker-only* Orders
Sticker-only orders will be mailed untracked via stamped envelope. You may upgrade to tracked envelope at checkout - for this reason, I will not be responsible for any sticker-only orders that decline to add tracking.
REGARDING RESIN CHARMS
My shop offers one of a kind, handmade resin charms. As stated in each listing, small flaws are possibly present in any handmade items, such as occasional micro bubbles, wells, sanded edges, under/incomplete doming, dents or otherwise minor flaws. These are natural, and part of the charm of buying unique handmade goods!
If you are not okay with the slight imperfections that come with homemade accessories, please do not purchase!
I do my absolute best to try and make high quality handmade charms with as few/unnoticeable flaws as humanly possible without expensive tools, but I am only human. Please understand this and please be kind. I do try to grade my pieces very strictly, and would not sell something I wouldnt purchase myself.
Discounted Resin Charms:
If an item is very notably flawed, then I will discount it accordingly (ex: b-grade, c-grade, etc). Standard graded items are as clean as I could manage. Please understand I have a very strict NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS policy on Resin charms.
REGARDING POSTAL SERVICES
DISCLAIMER
Once your order leaves my care and is in possession of the postal service, I can no longer be responsible for the treatment of your package. Please understand, I cannot control they way their workers handle your package.
I use USPS and for the most part my packages dont get mishandled, but I can only speak for my own experiences. I will not use other carriers because they are far more costly.
TRACKING/LOST PACKAGES
I ship all packages with tracking (with the exception of sticker-only orders), and I will send you your tracking number once it has been shipped. Please monitor your package and if it gets lost or does not arrive on time PLEASE contact USPS to inquire BEFORE contacting me. Most of them time I cannot replace lost packages though I will always try to make things right with you within reason.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If by unlucky chance something terrible has happened and your items arrive damaged, please get in touch with me, and within reason, I will do what I can to help sort it out for you. Please understand that I am the sole person running my shop, and that I really care about my customers and want to help how I can within reason.
You can email me at orders@tinyoni.com with your Order Number, some photos of the product/damages within 3 days of receiving your package and we can handle it from there.
If you have had your item for over 3 days and then report damages to me, I cannot help you.
Cancellations
I understand life happens. Shit happens and sometimes you need to cancel.
As long as I havent already packaged/sealed your items for shipping, then I do accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PREORDERS. However you have a maximum lifetime cancellation allowance of 2 orders in my shop before you are banned.
